Personal harassment at the workplace is called “bullying”. This includes hostilities from the employer or from a superior (Bossing).
Bullying is a violation of the honour and of the body of third parties; it is prosecuted as criminal offence. The victim can demand for a compensation for damages from the employer, because he should have protected his employees from such harassments.
The workplace shall have the basis for a liveable existence; please make sure to contact a lawyer in case you have been/you still are victim of personal harassment at work. We are here to help you.
